Fiona did not find coaching in a classroom. She found it by taking her own health apart and rebuilding it, decision by decision, until the life she wanted was the life she had.
That experience became a conviction: transformation is not a matter of willpower, it is a matter of structure. The right assessment, the right plan, the right standards, held long enough to become who you are. Today that is her practice as a private wellness coach and nutrition coach: one client at a time, in Palm Beach County and across the country.
