Ways to work together

Four ways in.

Private coaching, a clinician led route for people whose goals call for more than coaching alone, education built for rooms full of people, and partnerships for gyms, studios and practices. Every one of them starts with the same call.

Three questions

Shape your call before you book it.

What you will bring to the call
    Book the call

Nothing here is medical advice or a diagnosis. It is a starting point for the conversation, and the plan is set with you on the call.

    Next step

    One call. A straight answer.

Thirty minutes with Fiona to work out where you are starting and whether this is the right fit. Weeknights to nine, weekends from nine.
