Questions

Before you ask

The things people usually want to know before the first call. Anything else, bring it to the call itself.

What does a wellness coach actually do?

Coaching, not treatment. In Fiona’s practice a wellness coach is a transformation coach: she assesses where you are now across movement, daily habits and metabolic markers, then builds the structure around the week you actually have: what you eat, how you train, how you sleep and recover, and what happens when the week goes sideways. She reviews it with you weekly and rebuilds it as things change. Where a goal calls for more than coaching alone, an independent licensed provider is brought in to direct that part.

Do I have to be in Florida?

No. Fiona coaches in person in Palm Beach County and remotely across the country. Remote clients get the same structure: weekly reviews, direct access and a plan that adjusts as you do. Some medically supervised services depend on state availability, which gets confirmed during your intro call.

Where do in person sessions happen?

Fiona is based in Jupiter and works in person across Palm Beach County. From October 2026, in person sessions run from The Loft PB at 701 South Olive Avenue in West Palm Beach. Remote coaching runs nationwide either way.

What does "physician guided" actually mean?

For clients whose goals call for more than coaching alone, Fiona works alongside independent licensed medical providers. The provider reviews your history and diagnostics, decides what is appropriate, and directs that part of the plan. Fiona coaches you through it day to day. Nothing is prescribed by anyone except a licensed provider, after their own evaluation.

How is this different from a fitness app or a meal plan?

An app gives everyone the same program and no one to answer to. This is one person who knows your week, checks your numbers, rebuilds the plan when life changes, and holds the standard with you. The product is the relationship, not the PDF.

Who does Fiona work with?

Men and women, across a wide range of starting points. Professionals, parents, athletes and former athletes. The common thread is wanting this attempt to be the last one. The roster is deliberately small, so engagement starts with a fit call in both directions.

What happens on the intro call?

Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. You talk through where you are, your history and your schedule. If it is a fit, you leave with a clear recommendation on where to start. If it is not, you leave knowing that too. There is a full breakdown of the half hour on the book a call page.

Do you work with teens or businesses?

Through education, yes. Fiona is building courses and workshops on nutrition, training and lifestyle fundamentals: for businesses that want their people healthier, and age appropriate versions for teens, always arranged through a parent, school or team. One to one coaching itself remains for adults. Ask on the call for formats and dates as they are set.

What does it cost?

Engagements are scoped on the intro call, because the right structure depends on where you are starting from and how much support you want. Ask anything about pricing on the call and you will get straight answers.

Next step
