These terms govern your use of fionarooneyhealth.com, operated by Fiona Rooney Health LLC ("we", "us", "Fiona Rooney Health") in Jupiter, Florida. By using this website, booking a call, or communicating with us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

This website describes coaching and education services and lets you book a conversation about them. Everything published here is general information. It is not medical, dietetic, psychological, legal or financial advice, and reading it does not create a coaching or clinical relationship. Services

Coaching engagements are agreed separately, person to person, and may carry their own written terms. Where this site describes physician guided wellness protocols, those services are provided by independent licensed medical providers who make their own clinical decisions after their own evaluation, and availability varies by state. Nothing on this site is an offer of medical care by Fiona Rooney Health.

Booking and communications

When you book a call or contact us through this site, you agree that we may respond using the contact details you provide, including by email and phone. Appointment times are offered in Eastern time unless stated otherwise. If you need to cancel or move a call, tell us as early as you can.

Text messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send informational and conversational messages such as replies and appointment reminders. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The privacy policy at the privacy page explains this in full.

Your responsibilities

Movement, training and lifestyle change carry inherent risk. Before beginning any wellness, movement or nutrition program, consult your physician, and stop and seek medical attention if something feels wrong. You agree to give honest and complete information when asked about your health, and you accept that decisions about your own participation are yours.

No guaranteed outcomes

Coaching is individual. Circumstances, history and effort differ from person to person, and no specific result is promised or implied by anything on this site or in any engagement. Any account of one person's experience reflects that person only.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, graphics and imagery, belongs to Fiona Rooney Health or its licensors. You may view and share links to it. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to break, probe or overload it, no scraping of personal data, no impersonation, and no unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity through any form, chat or booking tool.

Third party services

Scheduling, chat and messaging on this site are operated by third party platforms, and links may lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for third party services, their content or their terms, and your use of them is governed by their own policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fiona Rooney Health will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim relating to the website will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiona Rooney Health from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the privacy policy and the disclaimer, are the entire agreement about your use of this website. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
