In person or remote: what actually changes.
The honest differences between coaching in person in Palm Beach County and coaching across the country, and the standard that does not move.
The most common question before an intro call: do I have to be in Florida? No. About half the roster never sets foot in Jupiter. But "remote works too" is a lazy answer, so here is the honest version of what changes and what does not.
What in person gets you
Hands on the bar, literally. Movement gets corrected in the moment, the assessment happens on the actual floor, and there is a particular accountability to a person expecting you at 6am in a building. If you are local, take it. From October 2026 the in person room is The Loft PB on South Olive Avenue in West Palm Beach, with complimentary valet at the door.
What remote actually looks like
Not a PDF and a monthly check-in. The same structure, translated: sessions programmed to whatever equipment you actually have, lifts filmed and reviewed before the next session, the weekly review on video, the midweek line open, the weekend rebuilt in writing every Friday.
Remote clients are not the discount tier. Same assessment, same standard, same coach answering. The only thing that changes is the room.
What decides it
Distance, obviously. Beyond that, temperament. Some people need the physical appointment to take the work seriously. Others thrive with the flexibility and tighten up when their week is documented and reviewed. The intro call usually makes it obvious which one you are, and Fiona will say so directly.
One caveat that matters: where medically supervised services are part of the plan, availability depends on your state, and that gets confirmed before anything starts. Coaching itself travels everywhere.
The standard does not have a zip code. That is the whole answer.
One call. A straight answer.
Thirty minutes with Fiona to work out where you are starting and whether this is the right fit. Weeknights to nine, weekends from nine.
